When we do a de-clutter, sometimes the premises we are de-cluttering will also need a deep clean. It may not have been cleaned for some time, as the client maybe suffering from depression or have an addiction problem or, in some cases, it is an elderly person who is unwell and unable able to to do any cleaning, possibly for months. 

In these circumstances, a really deep clean is required.

There might be nicotine, or grease build up, on the walls and appliances. Every case is  different, and would require a consultation first to assess the situation in order to give an estimate.
